Rome is not build in a day

Today, we've took part in the sales PK meeting in Sunny Glassware.
Everyone has their own ideas about the summary of the past year 2015, and plans for the coming new year 2016, the meeting is very fierce of the PK part. Different teams will choose other team as the PK goal, this is one way to encourage ourselves to growth up.
As the old saying goes: Rome is not build a day. There was a story: Farmers will plant rice every year, and it needs more than 3 month to harvest the rice, the time is a little long. One day, a farmer was thinking about why can we help the rice grow up quickly? So he help to pull the plants out a little, he was so happy that the plants grow so fast. However, the second day, when he came to the farmland, he found all of his plants became yellow, and then the plants died.
From the story I think we should be patient, lay the strong foundation, don't want to choose the cut corners. Our Sunny Glassware members said: reap as one has sown, it's need time to wait for the result.
For the coming year 2016, we should work harder, and get the harvest one day.
