Many people have a habit, drinking water during the morning. Many people think drinking water is good for our health.

Yes, it is.  Our body will thirsty through a whole night don't drink water. So whren you get up, you'd better drink some water to feed the body, otherwise, wash the intestinal tract. 
But pay attention, don't drink cold water whatever how hot the whether it is, drink some hot water or warm water. For the cold water will damage our body. Here another thing, don't wash head at morning, especially the water haven't dry up and then go outside, this will course headache.

2. Do not drink while you eating, for it'll effect digest.

3. Do not wait too thirsty and then drinking.

4. Do not drink too much after fierce excerise.
